Located in Montgomery Village Shopping Centre, Monti’s welcomes diners with its rustic Mediterranean ambiance. In addition to nightly specials from the large wood-fired rotisserie, there are small and big plates featuring fresh local meats and seasonal produce. Monti’s offers an extensive selection of wines, all available by the glass, as well as a full bar.
I had the opportunity to help Monti’s update their restaurant into a new, refined and cosmopolitan rotisserie and bar. They wanted to pay homage to their original flaming logo, but take the letter M monogram to a more contemporary level.
